After Last Weeks Session Which Ended Up Being The Biggest Hit Of Captures So Far This Season For       ( Matt ) Anything Thing That Came Our Way This Week Would Be An Added Bonus!

It's A Bank Holiday, A Very Sunny Day For The Majority Of It But Rain Was Forecast Late Evening, And It Arrived Around ( 7.30 pm ) Which Started Off Steady And Got Heavy Just Before We Departed At Dusk.

This May Start To Sound Boring? But The Same Swims Were Vacant Yet Again So You Guessed It We Both Dropped Into Them Respectively And By ( 4.30 pm ) We Were Both Angling.

We Forgot All About Doing A Temperature Reading Last Week So We Put The Right By Doing One This Week Recording Highs Of Eighteen ( Air Temperature ) And ( Water Temperature )

There Was A Slight Chop On The Water With A Lovely Warm Breeze Blowing Straight In Front Of              ( Marc ) And Conditions Looked Very Good Indeed For Some Early Action, And That It Just What Happened With ( Marc ) Kicking Off This Session With A Real Old Warrior Of A Common, A Very Poor Mouth On This Carp And Some Damage To It's Dorsal But The Colours Were Stunning!

A PROPER WARRIOR

And Just Like Last Week The Action Was Fast And Furious ( Marc ) Bagged Another Soon After Returning The Capture Above, The Capture Pictured Below Went On To Be His Biggest Of Four Sending The Scales Around To '' 22lb ''

CAPTURE NUMBER TWO

A Fabulous Start For ( Marc ) And I Was Delighted For Him After Such A Quiet Session Last Week

In ( Matt's ) Swim All Was Quiet On The Action Front, But I Did See Some Activity Late Into The Session Just Before The Rain Began To Fall To Be Precise, A Few Stuck There Heads Out Not Far From One Of My Spots Which Game Me Confidence.

By Around ( 8.00 pm ) ( Matt ) Was Finally Into A Carp And Bagged A Small Common After A Very Lethargic Encounter, After Inspecting My Prize I Found Milk Leaving It's Rear End So Not Wishing To Keep It Out Of It's Watery Home For To Long I Unhooked It And Returned It Swiftly This Carp Had Clearly Been Busy Since Our Departure From The Lake.

After Waiting So Long To Open My Account The Swim Sprung Into Life Suddenly And Shortly After Returning My First Capture The Rod Which Bagged Seven Last Week Was Away And Another Small Carp Was In The Net.

I Was Content With Two Fish Regardless Their Size And With Dusk Drawing In The Pack Up For Home Began, Two Rods Wound In And Only One Still Fishing Which Was The Rod I Respotted After Fish Number Two And Out Of The Blue It's Away Again, Instantly After Connecting With This Fish I Could Tell It Was A Lot Bigger Than The Previous Two Carp, And A Lot Bigger It Was!!!

Weighing In At '' 28lb 8oz '' This Was My Biggest Capture Of This Years Campaign So Far, Their Was Just Enough Time To Grab Some Stills Before We Departed.

I Was Delighted To Say The Least.
