Is It really November? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining the temperature for the first week In November has been excellent, As I write this blog I'm fresh from my return from my second visit of the year to White Acres In Cornwall

My first visit was back In September where I spent the week on Nelsons lake, I enjoyed some lovely sport on the established lake mainly catching Carp of Five to Six pounds bagging Two bonus fish Into double figures

It wasn't my Intended choice out of the Two specimen lakes on offer at the White Acres complex Pats pool was, But on numerous visits during my stay In September the lake was simply too busy

So when the chance of a second visit came about my Intentions once again switched to Pats pool, I'm pleased to say that this time around their was plenty of swims to choose from, To see how my week long session progressed sit back and enjoy the session In full In the video below

Hi Mark,

thanks for your nice comments, Pats Pool is a lovely little lake, if it's busy? ie plenty of angler pressure I always find that the fishing on Pats can be slow IMO the amount of anglers allowed to fish on the lake at one time should be reduced, this would definitely improve the fishing

rig wise I tend to use the snowman rig on Pats, saying this I have caught well using the multi rig also

regards bait I only use boilies and if their up for a munch? they certainly like their boilies on Pats, any good quality bait will work from company's such as Nash, Mainline and Sticky Baits to name a few

I hope this helps, have a great week and tight lines!

Your welcome sorry it took a few days, I have fished both Pats Pool and Nelson a few times over the last few years and I have always used three rods and I have never had any complaints
