I ended up taking Corey after work out for an afternoon's angling, Conditions were perfect overcast warm with a bit of drizzle thrown In for good measure

We walked up to the local club lake and found fish straight away, We decided to bait up Three swims with 15MM Nutcracker chops and set up down the far end to start off

Two rods went out on White Nutcracker pop up ups on Two different spots which we had both had bites from before, After Thirty minutes One rod tore off resulting In a lovely Ten pound Mirror Carp happy days!!

After returning our first capture we moved to swim Two that we had primed, The rods were out for all of Five minutes as Corey battled with another Mirror Carp and guided It Into the waiting net well In son!!

Fish returned rod back out and a bit more bait and It's away again, This time a Common of about Five pound?

We moved to swim Three and fished a rod about Two feet from the bank and bingo he's In again, Another lovely Mirror  that's Four now happy days Indeed

Back to the first swim for the last hour but sadly we managed to lose Two at last knockings

As Corey said " you can't land them all Dad " bless him we packed up and walked home Two happy anglers

Until the next blog Tight Lines and Happy Angling
