When it comes to presentations I'll hold my hands up and say I'm pretty boring and I don't like change unless the fishing situation I'm confronted with forces me to do so?
for 90% of my angling my number one choice of presentation is one I call The Twisted Multi Rig
The Twisted Multi Rig
The Multi Rig or after a little tweak my number one choice is a presentation I call The Twisted Multi Rig which is most commonly used as a pop up presentation, this presentation is one I use for 90% of my angling unless the fishing situation I'm confronted with forces me to change?
to tie this presentation you will need the following components
* A good quality seriously sharp curve shanked hook
* A rig ring or bait screw (your preference) to mount you pop up to
* Shrink tubing
* Coated or supple braid (depending on the situation IE a solid bag/lead clip set up)
* A size eight swivel
* Tungsten putty/a shot/pop up weight will also need to be used to anchor your pop up
my version is exactly the same when tied as any normal Multi Rig, the only tweak that I make is by adding a shrink tube kicker
(please see diagram attached) this will not allow you to inter change your hook, but what it will do hence the reason I add the shrink
tubing is that it makes it much harder for a carp to eject this presentation once it enters their mouth, some of the hook holds that I have encountered over the years have been unreal
